Khalil al Farhan, from Slouk town in the northern suburbs of Raqqa governorate, was arrested on September 14, 2019, by Syrian Democratic forces in a raid on his house in Slouk town and taken to a detention center in Tal Abyad city in the northern suburbs of Raqqa governorate.
