Mohammad Jad’an, trainer in monitoring and evaluation at “adam smith “and “R team” organizations, former media activist at several media sites, from Jozef village in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate. Was arrested on September 12, 2019, by members of Hay’at Tahrir al Sham as they shot fire against him while he was passing a checkpoint on the road linking Jozef and Mhambel town and taken to a hospital in Jisr al Shoghour city in the western suburbs of Idlib governorate. Then, he was taken to al Uqab Prison in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate.
