Samer Ali Mesleh, from al Mayadeen city in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate, was arrested on September 10, 2019, by Syrian regime forces as he was passing a checkpoint in al Salehiya village in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate and taken to an undisclosed location.
