Ahmad Eisa al Musa, displaced from Tal Hatabat village in the southern suburbs of Aleppo governorate, age 76, was killed on September 11, 2019, as fixed wing warplanes we believe were Russian fired missiles near a building sheltering IDPs from al Dahr village which is administratively a part of Darkoush city in the western suburbs of Idlib governorate. We that the bombing is the first by Russian forces since the truce declared by the forces in the fourth de-escalation zone on August 31, 2019.
