Hamada Hanif Hussein, from Blilko village which is administratively a part of Rajo town in the northern suburbs of Aleppo governorate, was arrested on September 7, 2019, by gunmen of the Military Police affiliated with factions from armed opposition. On September 9, 2019, we recieved information confirming his death due to torture in the prison of Rajo town.
