Hussein al Abd, from al Joura neighborhood in Deir Ez-Zour city, aged 21 at the time of his arrest, was arrested in 2013, by Syrian regime forces. on September 3, 2019, we were informed that he is registered as dead in the Civil Registry probably due to torture in a detention center in Damascus city.
