SNHR: a motorcycle bomb exploded in the middle of the local market in Izaz city in the northern suburbs of Aleppo governorate, killing one individual and partially damaging several shops, on September 3, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as it was difficult to identify the perpetrators.
