SNHR: a motorcycle bomb exploded in front of the orphanage building in the middle of Izaz city in the northern suburbs of Aleppo governorate, for the second time in the same day, partially damaging the orphanage’s entrance, on September 3, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as it was difficult to identify the perpetrators.
