SNHR: Syrian regime fixed- wing warplanes fired missiles near al Rahman Mosque in al Ghadafa village in the eastern suburbs of Idlib governorate, partially damaging its building and furniture, on August 28. We note that the mosque was attacked by fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian, on August 27, 2019.
