The child Adel Abdul Rahman Fahd al Barrouk and his brother Hamoud were killed along with their mother Amna al Sultan as fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian fired missiles on al Tah village in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, on August 29, 2019.
