The death of two civilians in the explosion of an unknown- source IED in Aleppo, on Aug 27

SNHR: two civilians were killed in the explosion of an IED as a bus carrying civilians was passing the road linking Izaz city and Kafr Kalbin village in the northern suburbs of Aleppo governorate, on August 27, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as it was difficult to identify the perpetrators.
