The death of a civilian in the explosion of an unknown- source car bomb in al Tabaqa city in Raqqa, on Aug 26

Ahmad Shawwakh al Hamdali, from Debsi Afnan village in the western suburbs of Raqqa governorate, was killed in the explosion of a car bomb in Palestine Street in al Tabaqa city in the western suburbs of Raqqa governorate, on August 26, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as it was difficult to identify the perpetrators.
