SNHR: fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian fired missiles on the medical point in al Tah village in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, partially destroying its building, on August 24, 2019. We note that the medical point went out of service for more than 20 days due to the recent military campaign carried out by Syrian- Russian Alliance on the fourth de-escalation zone.
