Omran Amer Mohammad al Nawaf, from Ghranij town which is administratively a part of al Sh’aitat area in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate, was shot dead by gunmen in Abu Hamam city in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate, on August 22, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
