Walid Ahmad al Qa’ed, a dissident soldier from Syrian regime forces, from Ghabagheb town in the northern suburbs of Daraa governorate, was arrested in August 2018, by Syrian regime forces in Ghabagheb town. On August 19, 2019, we received information confirming his death due to torture in a detention center. we note that Walid agreed previously on a settlement with Syrian regime forces.
