Hasan Fawaz al Qassab, a project coordinator at Creative Associates International, from Raqqa city, was arrested on August 16, 2019, by Syrian Democratic forces in a raid on his residence in al Tabaqa city in the western suburbs of Raqqa governorate and taken to an undisclosed location.
