SNHR: Syrian regime fixed- wing warplanes fired missiles near Basmet Amal School in Hazarin village in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, partially damaging its building and furniture, on August 17, 2019. We note that the school was attacked by the same forces on May 29, 2019.
