Farooq al Ali, a special needs person from Heesh village in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, his corpse was found with signs of torture on the road linking al Rami and Kafr Haya villages in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, on August 14, 2019. The area is under the joint control of Hay’at Tahrir al Sham and factions from armed opposition while we are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
