The nurse Mohammad Husni Mishnen and the ambulance driver Fadi al Omar were killed as fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian fired missiles on an emergency point of Hama Ambulatory system- supported by Syrian American Medical Society (SAMS)- in Bseqa village in the northwest of Ma’aret Harma village in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, on August 14, 2019.
