The child Abdul Razzaq Abdullah Mohammad al Nawaf, from al Sh’afa city in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate, was shot dead by members of a checkpoint affiliated with Syrian Democratic forces in al Sh’afa city, on August 10, 2019.
