SNHR: at least two civilians, including a child, were killed in the explosion of a motorcycle bomb near Kawa circle in Afrin city in the northern suburbs of Aleppo governorate, on August 8, 2019. We are unbale to identify the responsible party as it was difficult to identify the perpetrators.
