SNHR: a car bomb exploded near Khawla Bint al Azwar High School in the middle of al Qahtaniya town in the northeastern suburbs of Hasaka governorate, resulting in casualties and damaging the school’s building and furniture, on August 7, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as it was difficult to identify the perpetrators.
