Abdul Aziz al Abd, from Hawayej al Boumas’a in the western suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate, was killed as gunmen shot him while he was in al Kalasa neighborhood in al Hasaka city, on July 30, 2019. We are unable to identify the party responsible as of this writing.
