Ali Badr Hasan al Jajan, from al Kassar neighborhood in al Basira city in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, arrested by Syrian Democratic forces on July 12, 2019, in a raid on his home in al Kassar neighborhood, he was tortured to death in a detention center in al Sabha village in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, on Jul 24, 2019, his body was delivered to his family with torture marks over it.
