Yousef Hasan al Omar, from Tal Refaat city in Aleppo governorate northern suburbs, works with Humanitarian Relief Foundation (IHH), killed along with Ali Ahmad al Arfan al Hejazi, due to explosion of a motorbike-bomb in Akhtarin town in Aleppo governorate northeastern suburbs, on July 22, 2019. we are unable to identify the party responsible due to the difficulty of identifying the perpetrators.
