SNHR: Syrian regime forces helicopters dropped barrel bombs on al Nqayyer Primary School in al Nqayyer village in Idlib governorate southern suburbs, severely destroying its building and damaging its furniture, on July 20, 2019. We note that the school was previously attacked by Russian forces on May 8, 2019.
