Ali Saleh al Thabet, worked in fishing, was shot dead while he was on the bank of Euphrates River in al Sh’aitat area in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs by a sniper of Syrian regime forces stationing on the opposite bank of the river, on July 16, 2019.
