Massacre in the explosion of an unknown- source car bomb explosion in Afrin city in Aleppo, on July 11

SNHR: at least ten civilians, including a girl and a woman, were killed in the explosion of a car bomb in southeast of Afrin city in Aleppo governorate northern suburbs, on July 11, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as it was difficult to identify the perpetrators.
