Mohannad Khader al Fennesh, from Ein Eisa city in Raqqa city northern suburbs, was arrested on July 7, 2019, by Syrian Democratic forces as he was passing a checkpoint at the entrance of Ein Eisa city and taken to an undisclosed location.
