Khaled Khlaif Najm al Turki, from Ghranij city in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, was shot dead by gunmen in Badiya of Abu Hamda village in Hasaka governorate southern suburbs, on July 7, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
