Hasan Asaad al Masri, from Saraqeb city in Idlib governorate eastern suburbs, was arrested in 2014, by Syrian regime forces from his place in Damascus city when he returned from Lebanon. On July 2, 2019, we received information confirming his death due torture in a detention center.
