SNHR: a motorcycle bomb exploded in the local market in al Bab city in Aleppo governorate eastern suburbs, resulting in casualties, and severely damaging several shops and market’s facilities, on July 3, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as it was difficult to identify the perpetrators.
