Abeid Khalaf al Hassan, from Ali Bajeliya village which id administratively a part of Tal Abyad city in Raqqa governorate northern suburbs, was shot dead by gunmen in Ali Bajeliya village, on July 2, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
