Miqdad al Lajji, has a bachelor degree at Faculty of Law, from al Qameshli city in Hasaka governorate northern suburbs, was arrested by Syrian Democratic forces on June 30, 2019, in a raid on his house in al Khalij Street in al Qameshli city and taken to an undisclosed location.
