The brothers Bilal and Alaa Shebat, former members of Civil Defense from Rasm al Halabi village in Quneitra governorate southern suburbs, were arrested by Syrian regime forces on June 29, 2019, in a raid on their house in Rasm al Halabi village and taken to an undisclosed location.
