Amer Mohammad Nathir Khatib, a college student at faculty of Civil Engineering in Aleppo University, from Taftanaz town in Idlib governorate northern suburbs, was arrested on May 23, 2012, by members of Air Intelligence branch of Syrian regime forces from his place in Aleppo city. On June 17, 2019, we received information confirming his death due to torture in a detention center in Damascus city.
