The paramedic Fuad al Khalaf, from Raqqa city, worked at emergency section of initial response team in Raqqa city, was killed in the explosion of an IED near al Rashid Park in the middle of Raqqa suburbs, on June 14, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as it was difficult to identify the perpetrators.
