Bilal Suleiman al Mahmoud, from Bwayr al Bouasi village which is administratively a part of al Qameshli city in Hasaka governorate northern suburbs, died on June 13, 2019, due to severe burns sustained as he tried to extinguish fires broke out in the agricultural lands in Bwayr al Bouasi which is controlled by Syrian Democratic forces.
