The pharmacist Saddam al Kerat, person in charge of national reconciliation file with Syrian regime forces, from al Qameshli city in Hasaka governorate northern suburbs, was arrested on June 10, 2019, by Syrian regime forces in a raid on his workplace in al Kurneish Street in al Qameshli city and taken to an undisclosed location.
