Ismail Eisa al Khalifa and Abdul Razzaq al Khalifa, from al Boukamal city in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, were arrested on June 6, 2019, by Syrian regime forces in a raid on their houses in al Jetef neighborhood in al Boukamal city and taken to an undisclosed location.
