Mustafa al Qaser and Hilal Matar, from al Atareb city in Aleppo governorate western suburbs, were arrested on May 29, 2019, by gunmen of Hay’at Tahrir al Sham in a raid on their houses in al Atareb city and taken to an undisclosed location.
