Saqer Isamil al Mhaimed, from Rmailan Basha village in Hasaka governorate northern suburbs, was arrested on May 22, 2019, by Syrian Democratic forces as he was passing a checkpoint in Rmailan Basha village and taken to an undisclosed location.
