Ibrahim al Jasem, a teacher of Breighi Primary School in Breighi village which is administratively a part of Tal Abyad city in Raqqa governorate northern suburbs, was arrested on May 21, 2019. by Syrian Democratic forces in a raid on his house in Breighi village and taken to an undisclosed location.
