Ahmad Hamoud al Sayel, an employee of the municipality in al Jarthi village in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, from al Jarthi village, was arrested on May 21, 2019, by Syrian Democratic forces in a raid on his house in al Jarthi village and taken to an undisclosed location.
