Ahmad Hamad al Kannas, from AL Kantari village in Raqqa governorate northern suburbs, was arrested on May 17, 2019, by Syrian Democratic forces as he was passing a checkpoint in Slouk town in Raqqa governorate northern suburbs and taken to an undisclosed location.
