The recent military escalation by Syrian- Russian Alliance forces in the fourth de-escalation zone deprives at least 42,000 children of the education as they were displaced along with their families from their town and villages to safer areas. We note that the same forces targeted at least 28 schools in Hama and Idlib in 18 days, May 14, 2019.
