SNHR documented at least 169 civilians, including 39 children and 38 women, were killed in the fourth de-escalation zone at the hands of Syrian- Russian Alliance forces between April 26, 2019 and May 13, 2019, due to the recent military escalation by the same forces in Idlib and Hama governorates.
