15 civilians were killed, including 5 children and 5 women, at the hands of Syrian regime forces, Russian forces and Other parties, on Saturday, May 4, 2019, as documented by SNHR. Death toll is distributed as follows:
Syrian regime forces: 7 civilians, including 2 children and 4 women
Russian forces: 5 civilians, including 3 children and 1 woman
Other parties: 3 civilians
