Mohammad al Shawwa, member of Heesh Center of Civil Defense, was killed as fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian fired missiles near an ambulance of Civil Defense while he was driving it near al Rakaya village in Idlib governorate southern suburbs, as he arrived the site where Russian forces bombed before. As a result, the ambulance was damaged and went out of service, on May 4, 2019.
