SNHR: fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian fired missiles on al Latamena Surgical Hospital- established inside a cave- in al Latamena town in Hama governorate northwestern suburbs, for the second day in a row, severely destroying its building, its sections and equipment and damaging an ambulance. As a result, the hospital went out of service, on April 28, 2019.
